Vince was born in Montreal in 1943 and grew up in Winnipeg and later Toronto.

He studied art and graphic design at Central Tech and thereafter worked in the graphic design business for 42 years developing creative design solutions for corporate clients.

Retirement has offered more time for painting with acrylics. His subjects are often nature and landscapes and usually very detailed. The scenes he has painted captures the beauty and simplicity of an assortment of varied environments. His painting style ranges from contemporary to traditional and in some cases semi-abstract. He also takes on commissions.
